You can register as a vendor using the KHNECT Vendor Portal, either on the website or mobile app. Simply open the portal, click on Sign Up, and fill in your business details including store name, contact information, and payment information. Once submitted, your registration will be reviewed by the admin. After approval, you can log in to the vendor dashboard and start adding products.
Once your vendor account is approved, you can add products through the dashboard. Enter the product title, description, images, and pricing. Assign relevant categories and tags to organize your catalog. You can also define variations like size, color, or type. Once saved, the products will appear in the KHNECT marketplace for customers to see and purchase.
All customer orders appear in your vendor dashboard under the Orders section. You can view order details, update order statuses such as New, Processing, Completed, or Cancelled/Refunded, and add internal notes for tracking. This system allows you to handle deliveries, cancellations, and refunds efficiently while keeping the customer informed.
Your dashboard provides a complete overview of your earnings. You can see total sales, the platform commission deducted, net earnings, and the withdrawable balance. This ensures that you always know exactly how much you have earned and how much is available for payout.
KHNECT provides a built-in chat system that allows you to communicate directly with customers. You can answer their queries instantly, provide support, and build stronger relationships. Additionally, you can make announcements to customers through the community system to share updates about your store or products.
All payments made by customers are processed securely through KHNECT. The system automatically calculates your earnings by deducting the 15% platform commission from the product price. Vendors can request payouts from their dashboard, and the admin processes the payments through supported methods such as local bank transfer.
Vendors can create promotional campaigns using the Coupons & Promotions section in the dashboard. You can generate discount codes with either a percentage or fixed value, set usage limits, and define expiry dates. These discounts are automatically applied during checkout when customers use the codes.
Customers can leave reviews and ratings for your products. Positive reviews help increase credibility and attract more buyers, while vendors have the ability to respond to reviews to improve engagement and trust.
Assigning products to the correct categories helps customers find them more easily. Accurate categorization ensures better visibility in the marketplace and can increase your sales potential.
